Shipping policy

All orders are processed on receipt and will be shipped via courier the same working day where orders are placed before 12:00, or the next working day when placed after 12:00. Order are shipped via DPD, who will provide shipping updates and tracking to you directly. Orders should be expected to be received within two working days of order.

Where a product is marked with an asterix '*' in the size category, that product is not held directly in our warehouse, and  will incur a small delay in shipping to you. In this scenario, you should expect orders to be received within five working days of order. We will update you on delivery and let you know when the product has shipped. Order are shipped via DPD, who will provide shipping updates and tracking to you directly.

If you have placed an order for a bespoke, customised, or special order product, we will provide you with shipping details specific to your order at the time of placement.
