Our Shipping Policy
All orders are processed on receipt and will be shipped via courier the same working day where orders are placed before 12:00, or the next working day when placed after 12:00. Orders placed after 12:00 on a Friday, or over a weekend, will be shipped on the following Monday. Orders placed on a bank holiday will be shipped the next working day. Orders are shipped via DPD, who will provide shipping updates and tracking to you directly. Orders should be expected to be received within two working days of order confirmation.
Where a product is marked with an asterix '*' in the size category, that product is not held directly in our warehouse, and will incur a small delay in shipping to you. In this scenario, you should expect orders to be received within five working days of order. We will update you on delivery and let you know when the product has shipped. Orders are shipped via DPD, who will provide shipping updates and tracking to you directly.
If you have placed an order for a bespoke, customised, or special order product, we will provide you with shipping details specific to your order at the time of placement.
Our Returns Policy
We hope you love your purchase, however, if you need to return it to us for any reason, we aim to make this as easy as possible for
you.
You can return a product to us within 28 days of delivery. To do so, email contact@sussexfields.co.uk detailing your order number and the item or items you wish to return and you will be sent a QR code to return your items for free by DPD.
Other than where products are defective, products must be returned to us unworn, undamaged, as new condition, and in their original packaging with all labelling and swing tags intact. We highly recommend trying footwear on in a carpeted environment to avoid marking the soles. We are unable to accept any returns which do not meet this criteria, and all returns will be
inspected on receipt.
Please note, we are unable to accept returns on any bespoke, customised, or special order items.
If your product is defective, please contact us to arrange its return.
To streamline our service to you we do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange your order for a different size, colour or style, you should return your order for a refund, and place a separate new order through our website.
